A national telecommunications fulfillment company wanted to streamline their shrink film and equipment repair services across the continental U.S. after facing consistent stock outages and equipment downtime. Colony worked across 16 locations to form a custom VMI consignment program while coordinating through the company’s distributor network via Afflink for reliable equipment repair services for the on-site shrink equipment. Colony also included a spare parts program while consolidating the delivery and billing schedule for increased efficiency at the individual customer locations.
