Samuel SLP-10
Samuel’s SLP-10 panel and veneer press offers a rugged modular design that has made it the machine of choice for durable packaging of panel products. Structural steel tubing makes this strapping machine the strongest and heaviest in its class, allowing it to resist torsional stresses during compression. This panel strapping machine can be custom designed to suit your specific needs, with up to 10,000 lbs of top and side compression force. Bunk carriage magazines and flat fibre edge protector dispensers ensure complete package protection while providing complete automation. The SLP-10 has numerous safety features and options, including safety warnings, instruction labels, warning tape, top platen safety pins, and a control panel service lockout. Samuel’s SLP-10 is very adaptable, and can be outfitted with a variety of strapping heads and your choice of steel or polyester strapping.

Operation - This electro-hydraulically actuated machine automatically compresses the load and applies a strap once the load is positioned. Compressing the load ensures package integrity from mill to customer, and if equipped with selected options can automatically apply bottom and/or top dunnage, top edge protectors to panel or veneer products.
